How to reserve your date To ensure our couples have a unique experience we perform only a limited number of weddings. We recommend that your reserve your date early by contacting us as your date is set. Once the wedding agreement is sent to you, you will have first option on this date for two weeks from the date specified on the agreement. Once you agree to all of the terms of the contract, we require a non-refundable deposit totaling 50% of your selected package plus Hawaii State Tax. Should the date of your wedding change once the agreement is signed, we will make every effort to apply the deposits to a suitable alternate date.
Assistance from a Personal Wedding Coordinator / Event Designer From the preliminary preparations, months before your arrival, to the detailed planning of the actual events, we are available to assist you with almost all of your arrangements. We offer additional services outside of our packages at an additional coordination fee. We are available to assist you with arranging Spa treatments, organized golf outings, recreational activities such as a sunset sail and private luau's. We can even recommend a complete itinerary to ensure you experience the best that the islands have to offer. For your special events we will pair you with the best services available including a range of entertainment options, décor, specialty stationary and customized menus.
Requirements for Obtaining a Marriage License We will assist you in the coordination of obtaining your marriage license appointment. In applying for a marriage license, both the prospective groom and bride must appear in person before a marriage license agent. You must have valid Photo Identification such as a driver's license or passport. There is a $65.00 fee for a marriage license and is payable, in cash, at the time of filing the application. Blood tests are not required in the State of Hawaii. |
